Stopped here with my family during our camping trip at Lake Malone State Park (it's only 8 minutes up the road from the campground). The service was very friendly and efficient, the store was clean and the food was delicious. They have a full menu with so many delicious options. They also sell ice cream! If we're ever up that way again, we'll definitely be stopping by!

This is a solid 5-star IF your expectations are aligned. This is a “country store” with some basic snack and other necessities and solid, homemade food. Friendly service and generous portions are on the menu, but don’t expect a Michelin star experience.

This place is convenient because it’s basically the only store out there. The food is good and cooked to order. There are always random people hanging out in the store. Locals i assume only thing i don’t like is that i feel like they just make up the prices of things depending on who they’re serving. Sometimes the item will have a price printed on it but they will say it’s more.

If you're traveling through the sticks, do yourself a favor and pull into Wayne's. This isn't just a place to fill up your tank; it's a true, old-school roadside gem. The gas prices were fair—no rural gouging here—but the real star of the show is the diner. Stepping inside is like a warm hug. It's clean, cozy, and has that perfect "small-town" atmosphere

Its an icon of Dunmor and Lake Malone, more of a grill diner now than a country store, you can still your quick soda, chips, candy snacks. They have fishing bait and some tackle.
